A comprehensive two-year rebranding campaign revitalized Subway’s online-to-offline presence in Hong Kong's food and beverage industry. The strategy included performance tracking, above-the-line advertising, monthly themed social media campaigns, engaging offline events, a revamped website, and targeted digital advertisements. This holistic approach led to remarkable success for Subway, strengthening its brand identity and market position.
Creative focus:
To regain relevance and competitiveness, we’ve strategically repositioned the brand using geo-marketing insights—tailoring local advertising to each store’s area to better attract nearby customers. This is supported by monthly thematic campaigns tied to new menu items and flavors, executed through integrated ATL and BTL creative.​​​​​​​
